Once called the ‘Cradle of Heavy Metal’ Incheon city is now musically barren. In its center, however, a live club named ‘Ruby Salon’ opens. Then bands Galaxy Express and Tobacco Juice appear one day and energize the entire music scene.
Baek Seung-hwa graduated from Kaywon University of Arts, majoring in animation. He co-directed Good Night, Sweet Dream (2006) and debuted in the commercial film Queen of Walking (2016) after being awarded for Turn It Up To 11 at the BIFAN and DMZ Documentary Film Festival.
