Synopsis

Having dreamed of the perfect wedding, Laney wakes up with the world's most unwelcome wedding guest in her bed - NeckFace. Will Laney still go through with it; after all they have spent £950 on taffeta chair ties and £200 on her mother's hat alone?

Program Note

Her wedding day approaching, Laney notices when she wakes up one day the face of a monster growing on her neck. This living creature not only looks revolting, but it also cracks filthy jokes. All attempts to kill it with drugs or conceal it with a big pearl necklace fail. Will she be OK by her wedding day? Made by a team of British filmmakers who have specialized in comedy, NeckFace turns out to be a pleasing black comedy with an interesting setting and astute acting by the monster. (Gina KANG)
