In a coastal village, there is a lighthouse at a rocky cape. The lighthouse, owned by Fehmi guides ships and helps them reach the port safely. Fehmi wills the lighthouse to his eldest son, Tarik, but he wants to leave.
Ferhat Zengin graduated Near East University Faculty of Communication, Radio, TV and Film Department in Northern Cyprus. He also graduated Master program at Marmara University Institute of Social Sciences at the Department of Cinema. He is currently a PhD student at the cinema in Istanbul University. He directed nine short films including The Lighthouse (2013).
